The Meadows, nestled on-mountain at the Beaver Creek Resort, is a cluster of ten buildings totaling 44 individually owned three and four bedroom townhomes. Several of The Meadows buildings sit slope side with ski in/ski out convenience. The remainder provide immediate ski access either via short walk to the Haymeadow lift or ski-way to the main village and Centennial gondola. The Meadows is located in a quiet, private setting in one of the sunniest aspects in all of Beaver Creek and offers a highly desirable location to anyone who loves the Colorado mountain luxury experience.
The Meadows features gorgeous mountain views in every direction and four privately situated hot tubs. All owners and guests are within a short walk of Beaver Creek Ski Base, Beaver Creek Village as well as the Beaver Creek Tennis Center. Through a shared arrangement with the Highlands Lodge, owners and guests have unlimited access to the beautiful Highlands heated outdoor pool, hot-tubs, locker rooms and common areas.
Immediately adjacent to The Meadows are some of Beaver Creek’s most celebrated trails for hiking, snowshoeing and mountain biking. The serenity of Aspen Glade trail winds through a cathedral of aspen trees leading to Allie’s Cabin, while the Cinch trail is a short hike up to the horse corral and the gateway to all of Beaver Creek mountain.

The Meadows Townhomes exude updated mountain style, combining the best of modern floorplans and mountain vistas. Every unit enjoys light-filled spaces thanks to panoramic window designs and most units have decks, balconies and/or patios for total outdoor enjoyment. - Total renovation of the exterior surfaces, decks, balconies, siding and stucco anchored in sophisticated mountain modern design
- Full replacement of original exterior steps, concrete walkways and landscape lighting
- Addition of substantial natural stonework and accents and major upgrade of hot-tub areas
- Complete re-landscaping of the entire complex that features native plants, brand-new irrigation systems and low water-use vegetation along with up-to-date fire mitigation measures.
- Redesign and reconstruction of drainage systems plus resurfacing of parking areas
